Actually the Company secured WeWi who has a 5 year 250 Million dollar contract with someone.
WeWi is now owned by the Company

Regardless, the company secured a 250 million dollar contract with WeWi for the next 5 years.

I am still wondering why a company would sell a 250 million dollar contract for 5 million F series converted would be 50 Million common shares worth about 2.5 Million dollars at the time the deal was done ?

I suppose they expect the stock price to increase one could say.
