It's time they let the Transfer Agent finally update the share structure on OTC markets. But I doubt they will because they need ANDI shareholders to believe that those 740,000,000 shares issued for Series B preferred share conversions after January 31, 2018 are restricted and if they show up in the float that will be yet another proven lie told by Mike Starkweather and the Utopya team.
