I cannot find where EWT applies only ...

... to harsh environments & remote locations. No where in my research can I find where EWT applies only to these challenged situations.

In fact, I am finding exactly the opposite. I am finding that EWT is what has become the norm for proving a well's commercial productivity, especially in exploration wells. Perhaps true exploration wells by their very nature can be considered harsh and remote.

You are welcome to your opinion, but I believe it to be, based on my research, incorrect.

Through EWT, Zion will be able to determine if the Well is a proven commercial producer. That's been the goal all along. If MJ#1's Primary Zone2 has entered into Extended Well Testing, then it has been determined that it is worth the expense and time to verify it as a commercial zone of production.

This has become the standard approach to well testing from what I am reading and is a good indication that Zion MAY have a commercial find.
