Seen that before, a few times. It is part of a property transfer during a divorce decree. It sucks as a trader when I would see a transfer between two different accounts and a subsequent liquidation.

I have seen company officers donate shares to a church, whereas the church just opened the account and only 90 days later, the little ol' lady as the church secretary blew out the stock so they can purchase whatever its is they spent the money on.
