We should not allow CDEL to do his thing : Calculation of Conversion Price. The Conversion Price per share shall be the Variable Conversion Price (as defined herein) (subject to adjustment as further described herein). The "Variable Conversion Price" shall mean 57.5% multiplied by the Market Price (as defined herein) (representing a discount rate of 42.5%). "Market Price " means the lowest Trading Price (as defined below) for the Common Stock during the fifteen (15) Trading Day period ending on the last complete Trading Day prior to the Conversion Date.

He is shorting to get this price as low as possible. We should keep slapping the ask to over 0.003.

The holder can never own more than 9,99% of the OS and we should just watch 13G's and T-TRADES.

Emagine they issue Maximum 50M shares so the OS will grow to 285M
