this is just the beginning of a new company from what I know about david. he isn't protecting tax losses to let this company fade away. i suspect he will use the 10m leftover cash after the dividend to leverage a much larger purchase. over the last couple years my investment strategy has been to buy whatever david is buying. which is how i got here. for those unsure of some of the actions he took to protect the losses do a search of asure software red oak partner and it's all there. investing in the new cbai is like buying a new issue before it comes out.
