They have not filed a DEF14 yet. And they just amended slightly the PRE14. So, it is not going to be in the system until they have a DEF14 filed with the SEC and of course they are not mailing anything until then. Still does not change the fact that they are looking at shareholders as of 6-8 I am guessing. Other then that, considering we still have almost 1.5 months till the meeting, not thinking this is a big deal. If we get closer, as we did last time, and no DEF14 filed then may be a little concerned. IMHO, one of three things are going to happen here:

1. There is no DEF14 officially filed with the SEC only a PRE14 thus meeting would potentially be postponed again.
2. The DEF14 is filed and we move towards the meeting and materials are sent out for the proxy votes.
3. Something is signed or solidified before this time and PRd totally changing the whole landscape here investment wise that is currently pending thus why they are working with a PRE14 right now while at the same time potentially stalling and dragging their feet in anticipation of this along with dealing with the toxic investor.

Just my humble opinion, but at this point I am not totally surprised there is no proxy materials since there is no DEF14 filed. Pretty simple. Once the DEF14 is filed the proxy materials will not be far behind if in fact they end up filing it.
