Another TimefireVR Inc (Dba/Teraforge) non-event: "ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - PROXY STATEMENT" a no-go.

The proxy materials relating to the Annual Meeting are first being mailed to shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting on or about June 8, 2018.

Per Fidelity, my broker, "There are no open proxy campaigns available at this time."

As a result of no proxy materials having mailed yet, one can only assume that Jonathan Read, a supposed businessman, is not in command of this venture. Sadly, whoever is the "toxic investor" in question, that person or entity seems to be the one in command. (IMHO)

In closing, there appears to be a whole lot of shares awaiting some kind of disposition be it now or later...Unfortunately, it's looking like a field of unexploded cluster bombs just waiting for one to go off. (Again, IMHO)
