My simple explanation why SIGO licenses are in the name of VBF Brands.

First look at the latest Statement of Information for VBF Brands:

Only Valerie Baugher is named in all the officer positions and as the sole director. Hence no other name is associated with this company other than Valerie Baugher.

Then note this little statement in the previous SOS filing of VBF Brands with the California SOS.

The corporation currently has outstanding membership interests and upon the filing of these Restated Articles of Incorporation each outstanding membership interest shall be canceled without consideration.

The little box next to this statement is checked. So whoever was a "member" of VBF Brands previously (possibly including Joseph Wade and/or T.J. MAGALLANES) is out and Valerie remains as the sole member of this corporation. At least that how I interpret this part of the document.

Therefore, no names need be mentioned on a state Annual License application other than Valerie Baugher.
