They did. They gave away 12.5M shares for an unfulfilled agreement. That is giving away something for nothing. The FDA didn't drag their feet with the other approved sources. You claim of misinformation is an outright lye. You can't argue with facts. Those are the facts. Anything else you state is an assumption.
