Nice to see you around Sam. If I may bother you with a couple questions because of your IP expertise.
I've been researching some domains and doing 'neighbor domain' returns and I get a couple of things I'm not sure of.
One is some domains come back as having 10,000 or more neighbors or domains hosted on that IP. Is that some sort of mass ip for like a whole region or something. Kind of like a mail drop address? Would a miscreant put their domain name on it so it can't be traced?

And two, I also get 'can't resolve' with no explanation.

Here's the site I'm using at the moment. I have no idea if it's a good site or not. So far, it looks like it doesn't limit your searching.
