Not knowing or understanding toxic financing doesn't invalidate that NSS exists.

In a way, it does. For the past 15 years, untold numbers of people losing money in penny stocks have been mistaking toxic dilution for NSS. The most extreme case was CMKX. The reality was that management had issued nearly 800 BILLION shares. But there're still people who believe in an elaborate conspiracy involving NSS.

As for delivery and the loophole that Dilorio was proposing.... There seems to be a healthy amount of people that think it did and still does existt.

And there are still Xers who believe they're going to be "paid" very large sums. For what, I have no idea.
