Wasn't that the argument that Overstock CEO made in that powerpoint video over a decade ago? He was saying deep pocketed interests had the capacity to naked short shares well beyond the trading float or even the number of outstanding shares.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
