95% of the time they get away with it because the companies never make good on their projections. I think "they" have seriously miscalculated with Utopya and anxiety is setting in. Time will tell. If Utopya hits the mainstream there are going to be a lot of folks very upset and financially compromised but there will also be a lot of retail investors who are going to be very very happy indeed.
