Steve and Carol,
It was a pleasure speaking with you this evening. Always glad to do so.
Per our conversation re this case. Please forward on to those interested that my report is forthcoming. I would like to set the record straight on a misconception of what I had told a couple of victims whom have directly contacted me. I did not say that I would send out the report after the court cases were over. What I did say in essence was that IF anything was seized and IF there was going to be a distribution of the seized assets, it most likely will not happen until after all of the court cases are adjudicated. I also said that I had not been able to locate any assets associated to this matter.
Y’all have been very tolerant and understanding since the beginning. I thank you for being good people. My only regret is that we were unable to find anything to distribute. I only can hope and pray the federal government has found something.

In our phone conversation today, I reiterated to Tom, the release date of the report is up to him. I want him to feel he is completely finished and only then release it. I thank all donors for their patience.
