Possibly Hawk; but I do know that fellow shareholders were also 'bargain hunting' before the bargains were gone...some in hundreds of millions. :) The 'buyout' story is so very tempting. And we may learn that there is some substance there. We can't overlook how very creative cos can be if they want to get a deal done... in spite of the hurdles. 'Where there's a will, there's a way.'
I suspect that 'buyout' may mean different things, eg: different companies purchasing different entities within HCTI/NTI at different times.
