Awesome post Ponch! About the best I ever read. I really hope Ferris and Hayden and the BOD read it. And even though I bluster about sellers it is just that - bluster. Every person's buy/sell decisions are theirs and theirs alone. A person has to do what he feels is the right thing. I'm also happy you made money on the stock.

I am most interested in your #1 point (more attractive investments). If you are willing to share a ticker or two that would be fabulous. If its other sort of stuff, then kudos to you as well.

In spite of everything I am still very bullish on both the company and the stock and while I believe there are many things Ferris could do better I think that overall he is still an ok fit for the company.

[And I know you don't need my trading advice but if there are shares available sub-$5 on Monday, those would be good for either a 4 day flip or a 6 month flip or a multi-year hold.]
