Scruff in a nutshell we are waiting for the PTAB to DENY the INSTITUTION of the IPR. Not sure when this will be. I have posted multiple timeline charts of the entire process...ill dig it up. I think sometime in July this will happen. Court proceedings will continue regardless and close of discovery is July 6* Need to double check that its a couple posts back
