Ex, NICE and the MHRA will not be part of the EMA drug approval process after March 2019. You should realize what this means. It means NWBO gave NICE their updated estimate for timelines, and NICE moved the date back only one month to May 2019 for publication. It means that they are anticipating approval in the UK within (before or after) 90 days of marketing approval in the UK. It means the latest they are currently anticipating marketing approval (if granted) in the UK is August 2019. Dr. Ashkan, if you recall, (June 3, 2018) was hoping NWBO would get started talking to regulatory bodies right away about cost. He wanted the cost brought down and NWBO to get ahead of the curve on moving forward with regulatory bodies. Brexit changes everything.
