I love how the PR talks as if Solar Repurposing, LLC is some third party that's come to the table. It's a SWET nearly wholly owned subsidiary allegedly formed in March of 2017. From a March 27, 2017 PR:

SWET has formed a new affiliated company, Solar RePurposing Systems LLC, to offer this retrofit solution and potentially benefit our shareholders. SWET owns 90% of this new company

According to the NC Secretary of State, it was actually formed less than a month ago.
