Hmm! Yes! kinda strange! The 'innovation challenge' angle was obviously inserted into the equation by the FDA. So, what was their motive for doing so? I hope it's not a setup for further FDA goldbricking to forestall BIEL's full clearance, which by all accounts, should have occurred in the past some time ago. One must admit, this is an odd new development. Thus, why should BIEL be thrown in the hopper with other players, at this particular juncture, in order to get selected for clearance. Good Question, Huh! It sound like someone is getting wrapped around the proverbial axle, and guess who? IMO, this latest bit of shell game, FDA style, should be watched very closely. Just maybe this is another insidious gambit by the FDA to "punk" BIEL. If BIEL does not get full clearance after this little apparent sleight-of-hand by the FDA, then maybe BIEL should file a complaint of some kind. Yes, that would be a risky move, but this BIEL/FDA saga has to have a conclusion. Furthermore, if BIEL does not get full clearance after this current delay, then it would be crystal clear that the Big Pharma Tail is wagging the "FDA Dog". There will be no doubt about it! That's my take!!
