Earlier today, I suggested more than once that if MAXD really believes its stock is being manipulated, it needs to have a talk with FINRA, not some self-proclaimed internet shorting guru.

Did they listen?

Let's see what FINRA tells them. Oh wait, they've complained to the regulators about all this before.
