I agree that the concerted efforts of a salesteam should be far more successful than the 'find by browsing' crowd.

I was just wondering if we could make any meaningful assumptions about how many might stumble upon the application by browsing - plus some that might actually seek out 'interactive video'. If we could then it would seem we should expect a certain percentage of them to embrace the product even without a salesperson pushing them to do so. Ironically the theme is to increase your sales without the need of a saleperson's skills so why shouldn't the sales of the NotifiCRM increase by simply using their own interactive video demo to sell it? :)

In any case, the number browsing may be far less than my example. 1 in 50 every 120 days - breaks down over time because not every Netsuite client will do this, so the ones that do will become repeats over time, lessoning their likelhood of responding any differently. It may be that only 5,000 NetSuite users are 'browser' types who will ever look for CRM apps on their own. SO the number exposed so far by 'chance' could be far less than my example.

I just have a difficult time accepting the idea that Rory is holding back great news and great numbers - for various reasons - which only accentuates my curiosity about what is going on with the sales for both MLM and Oracle/Marketo CRM.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
