So Dvorak, the major reason why Edwards, Turino, and Casavant were able to deposit and dump so many unregistered shares, is getting a plea deal of alternative sentencing.




Brian Dvorak is in the process of entering into the pretrial diversion program. Pretrial diversion is an alternative to prosecution which seeks to divert certain offenders from traditional criminal justice processing into a program of supervision and services administered by the U.S. Probation Service.
