Just got a response from Boston Carriers IR. Came quicker than I thought it would, but the most important takeaway is the YP shares were not part of financing and were purchased by YP in the free market. Would have been just as easy for anyone else to drop and email to Antonios in lieu of bashing the company based on opinion, devoid of facts...IMO

Thank you for your interest and your faith in our company.
Regarding your questions
1) The purchase of the 2nd vessel will be decided in the next 15 days.
2) The Nuova Purchase is progressing very well and we expect to finish with
the due diligence and acquisition before the end of our exclusivity period
ie 6 months.
3)In relation the the YP shares, I presume you mean the 110 mm shares
(approximately) they hold. These shares are not restricted, they are part of
the approximately 170 mm shares that are freefloating in the market. I do
know however they are holding long those shares and they haven't sold for
more than 6 months now a single share they own. My understanding is that
they will not sell unless meaningful prices are reached so they are with you
on continuing to stay and hold long.
We have noticed there is a feeling that someone is selling shares and
causing the price to drop however if you check our shares activity over the
last 6 months you will notice that there is no one selling and the share
price drop is caused by few sales here and there. We cannot understand the
reason that some people in the market would try so hard to convince that
someone is dumping our shares when it is apparent from the last 6 months
trading that no dumping is happening.
