A question I have is why hasn't it gone parabolic already? The product has been on the market - albeit in lesser form and with much less exposure - for well over a year.

why didn't it begin it's parabolic rise a year ago, as the company and investors both had expected?

Possible explanations:

1. Not enough people were exposed to it. This implies that nowhere close to 'everybody' who sees it will want it, since they had a pipeline of over 70 at the end of 2016. They had a CRM product for the cloud around April 2017 if I remember correctly.

2. The prior version had fewer features. The main features of interactivity were all there previously. But, V2 makes it easier to set everything up and track. So, maybe it was just not easy enough. But surely even if it was not easy - SOME people/companies would have still gone through the work if the product increased their sales, and we would have heard of their outstanding results.

3. The walkout wasn't working on enough devices. Not having walkout would discourage some but if they still had the ability to use interactive videos without a transparent background to increase sales, I would think they would have done so.

4. Making the videos is just too hard for most people. This is something I really wonder about - but even if true - there are plenty of companies that have no problem making the videos - and there are plenty of video production companies that make videos.

5. The real answer - but what is it?

Again, I'm still hopeful - the positioning is far better now - and maybe the answer is a combination of all of the above- ALL of which now have been addressed.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
