The picture you show is not the K-Tape product. As stated in my post I called BIEL yesterday and tried to order a couple. I was told that the K-Tape ActiPatch was not available and there was no date yet for availability.

The "single SKU packaging" that you show has been around for a year. This is not K-Tape. See my post from 5/2017.

The picture from your post shows a black elastic wrap, same as the old beige one only black. It also shows two Band-Aid style attachments. These are the same attachments BIEL has used for years.

I have not seen an image of the K-Tape ActiPatch as it is not on the market yet. Below are some pictures of what Kinesiology Tape looks like.
