This deal is terrible.

So let's say you have 10 million shares worth $1k at .0001 for FLSR.

Then MLCG is willing to give 1 share of it own stock for each 1000 shares of FLSR stock.

So 10 million divide by 1000 is
10k shares of MLCG.

Which is currently priced at .0001 like FLSR.

So that means your share value in dollars is $1.

So this is actually worse than an RS because at least then the share price goes up too.

This just raping us of our shares because we don't have many options.
