Same for me Doug, I think its the biggest investing mistake I have made in the past is to keep the losers and continue to "average down." I like the idea of pyramiding up instead. Loosing 60% or 70% of your initial investment is a portfolio killer, I'm holding a few gold exploration companies like that right now.
