I know you guys hate this.



No, I hate people who do not make an effort to learn securities law.

The final hurdle of having a revocation overturned is preventing new suckers from being scammed. That kills this.

You could take over CMKX if it had operations, or had assets you were trying to purchase. It has neither.

If you tried to merge/acquire/whatever a revoked pump and dump scam, you would get hammered by the SEC.
