I agree but I just wonder how Tchauncy is still bullish/buying this and we are the idiots who just don't understand? I would love to be proven wrong but unless they find gold or diamonds under these PEL's I think we are done. The clock is striking midnight and the pumpkin just pulled away with out us...we are going to get ugly soon and no prince in sight. I know you have to kiss a lot of frogs to get the prince but this toad is toast. Love to hear from anyone with other thoughts.
