The second hearing at 2pm is not critical at all. The stay will have a negative impact on Arris IPRs (will be good for uoip). Only extremely limited people know about the stay because of Zomby. It will be a big news tomorrow and will be picked up media. I expect UOIP to rise rapidly tomorrow.
