Hal,
The stock will never trade again. Mob related scams are revoked specifically to stop the scam.
Steve cannot even make an offer to merge without destroying his share structure. You can't just "merge" with an empty shell corp. Steve would actually open up a legal nightmare for himself. Once anything related to CMKX gets anything of value, the lawsuits will come fast and furious
