This brings a lot more financial certainty to AT&T that they will have 'Content' - so now AT&T absolutely will want the spectrum locked down to complete their vision for 5G.

The FCC should soon announce their vote results on the circulated decision regarding FiberTower. Also they have a Straight Path / Verizon decision in their basket. With the Time Warner decision it is likely that the FCC will react now.

I don't really understand the negativity going around here as this has to come to a conclusion one way or another now.

Ela - hang in there, we are not finished. The Time Warner decision was a big issue that needed to get settled.

If there is not a settlement - then there are always lawyers who are out there willing to take a percentage of the case if they win it and no fee if they don't. Of course we would not do as well as an outright settlement, but if that's the only game left then so be it.

I'm looking for closure not too long from now.
