Nobody is dumping new shares on the open market. The shares of OMHE held by the DTC is 274,228,384 shares. For all practical purposes, this is the number of shares held by banks and brokerages in the name of their customers. This has stayed pretty much the same since OMHE took over VitaCig. If anyone with newly registered shares or privately held shares were to sell them, they would inflate this number.
