The drop in share price may be attributable to the future cash needs for land acquisition and drilling wells. The options are share dilution via a secondary offering or a larger loan facility generating a demand for cash to repay the loan.

I am confident Joel D. can pull this off. We are in for a rough patch in the short term, but once the oil starts flowing it is like printing cash.
