Beta, while someone "hitting their max" is a possibility, my theory is that we have/had a significant sub debt holder/holders who received restricted shares back in August and who have no interest in holding them. These bond guys aren't interested in the supposed "risk" that holding common entails. So my guess is that we had a large debt holder needing/wanting to offload a bunch of shares he received and was fairly careful not to clobber the stock. Remember, 30 million shares were issued in August to the former debt holders. That's a huge amount and obviously has taken a while to work some of it off for those who don't care to hold it.
I could be wrong but that's my thought. Actually it could be both things really, who knows.
