i was wondering the same thing, if someone hit thier max. so i was thinking some of the volume was double counted but not sure.
Also, this gets one to thinking, just how many shares are available for sale, should we ever come out of the shadows.
We have been running under the radar so long. we think this is normal.
dingleberry is correct that being on the pinks is bad for a stock. but this is already built in. Where dingleberry misses the mark, is that being in the shadows presents an opportunity, as once mr market realizes the assets base here. and the overstated risk. there will not be enough available shares to cover the short never mind the demand from new entrants.
I am thinking the time is coming when the risk will be offloaded the one off lawsuits will be settled and the DTA will be unlocked. Will it all happen by the end of the year? sooner? We will see.
