What people have heard is that THERE CAN LEGALLY be one and that it make TONS of sense, and is one LEGAL way for the assets to SORT OF RETURN HERE, And it makes sense for it to happen real quick and MAYBE at the same time as the merger vote takes place......

And IF IF IF anyone care to say it is illegal then I guess they have not READ THE DELAWARE statute the makes it PERFECTLY legal or are just ignoring THE FACT it IS LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
