It is just human nature to sell fear not buy it. Emotions take precedence over fact and reason.
Thus, 'fight or flight' takes hold when already in or keeps one from purchasing because it 'might' go lower. Those who won't buy blood, IMO, generally don't have a complete plan. Their plan consists mostly of 'I want to make money'. Instead of committing to charts and or fundamentals they let market sentiment make the decision.
