You don't even need a password. The Nevada SOS has no safeguards at all that prevent anybody from creating a log in and making changes to any Nevada entity that they want.

I'm not sure how many people remember Stratcomm Media Ltd (SMMT).

In 2011 somebody filed a fraudulent annual report for SMMT listing some aerospace engineer from the UK named David Southwood as the new CEO kicking off a pump&dump on the stock. David Southwood actually responded though when contacted and denied any involvement. It took him several weeks to get the Nevada SOS to remove his name. I guess it's a long complicated process reporting fraud and getting the NV SOS to take action. The poor response to fraud allegations was another key point made in that press release I showed you yesterday.

It also took the SEC around a year before they finally suspended the stock after the fraud was reported.

SAEI is another example I can think of off the top of my head. That was one of the biggest scams of all-time and after it was exposed and suspended by the SEC the drama turned to trying to figure out who was behind the scam. William Scott Marshal wanted the world to believe that it was Jamie Holland and Alex Smid. Holland wanted the world to believe that it was William Scott Marshal so Holland went on the Nevada SOS site and added William Scott Marshal's name as an officer for SAEI. Soon after Marshal went on it and removed his name. It was pretty comical but a good example of how easy it is for anybody to make changes to Nevada entities.

It is just common sense that the TSTS filing was fake and that the McAfee Securities CEO Christopher Young has nothing to do with TSTS. I would be surprised if somebody as busy as Mr. Young could be contacted and bothered to take the time to address the fraud, but I can tell you that everybody has been contacted (SEC, FINRA, OTC Markets, etc) so hopefully somebody acts quickly. TSTS can be immediately suspended as a delinquent SEC filer. It can also have the skull & crossbones added by OTC markets because of suspected fraud.
