Well I’m the farthest thing from an expert, but I can expand on my thoughts as best I can.

Not very up to date with the OS but I think it’s 247mil... last time I talked to IR they told me there is not any 5% owners of BICX... I assume there still are not any 5% owners. So 5% of 247 is about 12.35.... the recent investment was 5.5 million shares at .20 but it said with “investors” so we don’t know how many investors that entails...

When I stated that investors are running the show, I have no proof of that except the obvious that the only reason BICX isn’t bankrupt is because of “investors” who continually give cash injections, a lot of times they did it for shares under the PPS... this time it was done for shares above the PPS... also these “investors” are prob the same people over and over again...

Let’s take a hypothetical... I had 9 million shares at an average PPS of .02... and as an “investor” I was apart of the cash injection and got 1mil of the 5.5mil shares at .20.... that’s now 10mil at .038 average....

So in my mind it would make sense to get the PPS to .2 and also higher if possible because they want to protect their amount before a reverse split. Having more shares with a low avg would strategically make sense to try and entice the stock to go up with a premium purchase of an amount of shares a lot less than your total count....

Now keep in mind, this is complete speculation as to why the recent “investors” paid a premium... if I was a current shareholder I’d want to know who the “investors” are, but the response will prob be that they are accredited investors... I would also want to know how many accredited investors are within that 5.5 mil or if it was one large purchase. Don’t know if they will tell you that though.

Hope that clarifies my thinking... I also am not trying to argue my point with anyone... I realize it sounds crazy, but that was just my thinking from a amateur stock investors point of view.... also, I don’t know why the PPS didn’t rise higher either... still might but the volume is so low right now. Frankly I don’t know if the news was circulated yet... maybe just needs to be spread better. Either way good luck and I’m still rooting for BICX!
