Hey Kizer,

Why do you think they are shooting for a certain PPS before the reverse split?
I’ve been reading about how companies raise capital, but everything is about dilution. I really can’t find anything about an investor paying a premium on the share. Why pay .20 for something at the time you could of bought for almost half that?

I’m not stock expert but is it because purchasing $1 million+ worth of shares would lead to a large spike in the price and potentially costing more than .20?

It should seem like a great thing that an investor would pay a premium for shares but the PPS hasn’t moved much...
