Unfortunately, I know Banks and dealt directly with him for 7 months and I have the answers to your suppositions.Banks has no shares in Paychest nor does Tom Hands, at least as of last Summer. Banks is a broke loser, so he will never invest in PYCT, and I do not see how he can derive any money from it.

I know this and sadly more because I asked him, and he told me.

Pete left because he is afraid of a lawsuit and according to Banks Pete was a figurehead,had nothing to do with PYCT

I know why Pete is running away, so thats the reality of current situation, wish I was wrong, but I know John, he is not capable of anything beyond getting money to pay his own bills or feed whatever habit he has that always ends with him being broke.

Last time we spoke, he claimed he was living in the UK and got an actual job to pay his bills.

Sorry to be the one with the "inside scoop"

So unless several miracles have taken place and Banks grew a moral compass and recovered from his demons, nothing is going on.
