If PNTV realizes the $15 million/year revenue they're forecasting, it will be hard to hold this below $.06/share

That depends on how many shares are needing to be issued to satisfy the debt.

There is no way to calculate the fully diluted value right now, but the longer it sits at these levels and isn't trending up, the more shares they will need to issue, resulting in a low peak for the PPS going forward.

For current holders to make money long term, they need to price trending up near term... EVERYTHING about this company is dependent on the share price, because they are paying for everything with floorless convertibles.

This company could fail long term, not due to the business, because of the TYPE of debt.... the only way to prevent this, is to apply the effort needed to get the price higher, ASAP.
