The odd thing is that TSTS filed an annual report in 2017 so it's not like the entity was dark, so it's hard to say if the TSTS CEO Darren Lopez committed the fraud or if somebody logged into the Nevada SOS and made the change. So far Darren Lopez hasn't addressed the fraud and we know how easy it is for anybody to go to the Nevada SOS site and commit fraud.
