The benefits of a rights offering ...

... is to offer shareholders the opportunity to purchase stock below market prices. That never happened.

Honestly think Zion thought the test results would be out in the middle of the offering and would therefore allow shareholders to buy at bargain prices and for Zion to make more money.

Also believe He has a plan and used the rights to attract bears. To keep the share price low, bears sold into it wrongly thinking Zion need the capital to finish the well testing and analysis.

Now there is 4.5 Million shares short a company that discovered oil in the middle east.

On Thursday Zion completes zone2 testing and transitions to zone 3. Around June 26 zone 3 will be completely tested, then the report filed on time with the Energy Ministry.
