Watch and learn about OTC stocks, including SHMN.

Companies dilute to finance their operations. No problems.
SHMN did that and allowed me to buy shares. No problems.

BUT if the money generated by dilution is to buy boiled lobsters, Bahamas vacation...... then we have a problem.

SHMN had enough dilution done for the last 6 months to pay the fees for OTC. What are they waiting for?

Looking forward to see clarity with SHMN. Pure and simple.

Once the O/S is max out, Reverse Split is the only option for SHMN. A pps at 0.0007 could really mean that I might be the only one fearing the R/S.
