Great points and agree a 3 year audit is quite difficult and time consuming. My only real issue is that Roger conveyed that the auditors themselves stated on a couple of occasions that the audit would be filed by EOW. So, the question is why would the auditors tell Roger that but then here we are with CFO helping weeks later with no audit? We know Roger grossly underestimated the time to completion, but why would the auditors also underestimate it?
