A couple of things to keep in mind here folks, IPO was in 2008, a very bad time to start new tech start up.

Last year the company bought AWS. This year it bought ADEX and sold Mantra Energy.

No R/S or R/M ever happened. The parent company that bought AWS changed its name and ticker from MVTG to SGSI after it bought AWS, and then it bought ADEX, and then Sold MEA. That is not and never was reverse merger. MEA which was MVTG for 8 years survived and was sold.
